We requirea 4 month commitment. This includes saddle , bridle, blanket etc. In a lease you get to come out, ride and have fun without some of the responsibility and commitments. Of you do not enjoy it as much as you thought you would, you can walk away after 4 mos. and not have to worry about continueing board and trying to sell a horse. Buying a horse can be difficult so you can lease . ride while you are looking for the perfect horse.
